Harp Brar

Harp Brar has a strong background in human resources, with experience in a variety of roles throughout their career. Their most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at INVOKE INC. starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR at Ayuda Media Systems from February 2018 to November 2019. From February 2011 to June 2017, they worked as an HR Manager at Abilis Solutions. Their previous experience also includes roles as a Recruiter at CDI Professional Services from February 2010 to February 2011 and as a Payroll Administrative Assistant and Reception/Administrative Assistant at Ajilon Consulting from August 2008 to February 2010. They began their career in the field as a Recruiter/HR Coordinator at Culips in 2007.

Harp Brar began their education at the University of Alberta from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major was in Political Studies, and they had a minor in Women Studies. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they attended McGill University, where they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management, focusing on Human Resources.
