Miguel Fernandez

Miguel Fernandez has extensive work experience in the technology and innovation field. Miguel is currently the Vice President of Technology at INVOKE, a position they have held since January 2022. Previously, they served as the Sr. Director, Head of Innovation at the same company from January 2021 to January 2022. Prior to joining INVOKE, Miguel worked at NGA Human Resources, an Alight company, where they held the role of Senior HCM Consultant from July 2011 to January 2017. Miguel also worked as a SAP Backend Software Engineer at NGA Human Resources from July 2008 to July 2011. Before that, Miguel was a "New Technologies" trainer at Innova Humana from September 2007 to May 2008. With their diverse background and experience, Miguel is well-equipped to contribute to the success of any organization.

Miguel Fernandez has a Master's Degree in Project Management from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Almería from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they underwent various training and certificate programs, including ABAP/SAP-HR training from NGA Human Resources in 2008, and certifications in Blue Prism, SAP, and Dell Boomi.
