James Clement is a seasoned professional in game design and development with extensive experience in technical leadership roles. Currently serving as Technical Director - Design at Invoke Studios since January 2024, James previously held the position of Technical Design Director and was a founding team member at Haven Studios Inc from April 2021 to January 2024. Notable achievements include acting as Technical Design Director and Lead Gameplay Designer for Star Wars: Squadrons at EA Motive, where concepts and gameplay were developed for the title. James also contributed to Star Wars Battlefront 2 as Technical Level Design Lead. Prior to these roles, an indie VR game was developed during a sabbatical from AAA games. James's career began at Ubisoft, where significant contributions included devising pipelines and tools for scripted events and cinematics in Splinter Cell: Conviction. With a DEC in Programmer/Analyst obtained from CDI, James Clement brings a wealth of technical expertise and creative insight to the gaming industry.
