Involgo is a background check consulting and membership company for HR, Compliance, and Trust & Safety teams that want to hire faster, safer, and fully compliant—without the guesswork.

Led by a 25+ year screening industry veteran and former early employee at Checkr, Involgo brings real-world expertise to the challenges that slow hiring and create risk: changing federal and state laws, EEOC expectations, inconsistent adjudication, candidate disputes, and operational bottlenecks.

Our membership gives you always-on access to practical, plain-language guidance and ready-to-use resources, including:
• FCRA, EEOC, and state/local compliance playbooks
• Disclosure, authorization, adverse action, and policy templates
• Adjudication tools and individualized assessment support
• Training, checklists, and best-practice libraries
• GPT-powered helpers (BackChat, Criminal Decoder, MVR Decoder) to speed decisions and reduce risk
• Optional 1-on-1 consulting for program builds, audits, and complex cases

Whether you’re scaling your recruiting engine or tightening compliance across jurisdictions, Involgo helps you make confident, defensible, people-first screening decisions.
