Diego Melo

Diego Melo has a strong background in software development and engineering. Diego is currently working at Involves as a Software Architect since May 2022 and previously held the role of Software Engineer. Before that, they worked at TDS Media Technology as a Software Engineer where they actively participated in migrating a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture for a SAAS system. Diego also created a mobile app for Android/iOS. Diego also worked at Aurum Software as a Software Engineer, contributing to the innovation team of the Astrea system. Diego successfully migrated the system's architecture to support Java 8 in the Google Cloud and migrated the system's APIs. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst Developer at CALCARD ADMINISTRADORA DE CARTÕES LTDA. Diego started their career at Procel Software as a Web and Mobile Developer, where they developed a web platform for product quotations and integration with ERP systems using REST and SOAP services. Diego also developed native Android and multi-platform mobile applications integrated with the ERP system. Diego began their professional journey at DVA Veículos Ltda as a Supervisor Post Sales.

Diego Melo graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí in 2012. After that, from 2013 to 2016, they attended Senai CTAI Florianópolis where they pursued a degree in Analysis and Development of Systems with a focus on Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Diego Melo obtained the certification of Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer from Oracle in April 2015.
