Product Designer at Involves

Érico Andrada has a varied and extensive work experience in the field of design. Érico started their career as an Art-finalist at the Associação de Combate ao Câncer em Goiás (ACCG) from October 2011 to August 2012. Érico then worked as an Art Director Jr. at Original Media Digital Agency from September 2012 to August 2013. From November 2013 to July 2014, they served as an E-commerce assistant at Savan Calçados.

In 2014, Érico joined Dev4Web - Development for Web as a UX/UI Designer. During their time there, they conducted UX research, participated in the conception and prototyping of interfaces for various industries, and presented wireframes and prototypes to clients. Érico worked with the company until January 2017.

Afterward, Érico Andrada joined BNK Tecnologia as a UX/UI Designer from January 2017 to August 2018. Érico was responsible for conducting, developing, and monitoring the design of projects in areas such as finance, cryptocurrency, and advertising. Érico also implemented the planning and analysis of product metrics using various tools.

From September 2018 to January 2020, Érico worked as a Product Designer at República da Moda, a multi-brand wholesale fashion store. Érico was involved in the planning and development of the store, conducted guerrilla research with customers, and designed various products and store journeys.

In 2020, Érico joined ilegra as a UX Designer from August to December. Érico worked on two software redesign projects for Thomson Reuters, facilitated workshops, and defined design standards for national projects using the Thomson Reuters design system.

Finally, Érico Andrada returned to Involves in March 2020 as a Product Designer. Involves is a company that delivers solutions to retail execution. Érico collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to build end-to-end user experiences focusing on intelligent information delivery and alerts.

Throughout their career, Érico has gained experience in user experience design, product design, research, facilitation, and working with various industries and clients.

Érico Andrada completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2014, they completed the "Aula Pocket: Design Thinking" certification from Coletivo Centopeia. In 2015, they obtained the "UX e formação de times centrados no usuário" certification from Comoequetalá. In 2016, they completed the "Programa de Pré-Aceleração de Startups" certification from SEBRAE-GO. In 2018, they obtained the "UX Metrics" certification from Mergo User Experience. In 2021, they obtained the "Accessibility: How to Design for All" certification from The Interaction Design Foundation. Érico also completed the "MasterClass: Customer Discovery em Dual-Track" certification from Mergo User Experience in 2021. Lastly, in the same year, they obtained the "Bootcamp Design Ops" certification from How Bootcamps.
