Jefferson Conrado has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jefferson began their career as an intern at UNISUL in 2014, where they worked until 2015. From there, Jefferson had internships at Personal Glass and iLAB - Laboratório de Inovação e Empreendedorismo da Unisul in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
In 2016, Jefferson became an intern at the Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de Santa Catarina. Jefferson then worked as an administrator at Grupo EDUCATIVA from December 2015 to February 2016, participating in the Empreendedor Global program with AIESEC.
Jefferson's work with AIESEC continued as they took on various roles within the organization. From March to April 2017, they served as an event organizer. Jefferson then became the Manager of Corporate Exchanges from January to June 2017. In July 2017, they briefly worked as a Sales Manager. Additionally, Jefferson demonstrated leadership skills as the Organizational Committee President for the Leadership Days 2017 conference in August and September 2017.
In 2019, Jefferson worked as the Marketing Director at AIESEC. This role lasted from February 2019 to January 2020.
Starting in 2018, Jefferson joined mobLee, a company where they held multiple positions. Jefferson began as a Business Development Representative from April to June 2018. Subsequently, they took on the role of Business Development Representative (BDR). From June 2018 to December 2019, they worked as the Commercial Intelligence Analyst. Finally, Jefferson transitioned to the position of Growth Marketing from December 2019 to December 2021.
Most recently, Jefferson started working at Involves in May 2022 as a Demand Generation Analyst International.
Jefferson Conrado completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina between 2013 and 2017. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in areas such as paid traffic strategy, email marketing and automation, emotional intelligence, learning agility, copywriting for email marketing, CRM and email marketing strategy, growth hacking, content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Escola Conquer, RD University, Udemy, RD Station, Alura, and HubSpot Academy between 2020 and 2022.
