Maria Daniela Marquez

Maria Daniela Marquez has a diverse work experience. Maria Daniela started working at Colegio Santisimo Salvador in 2012 as a high school Spanish and literature teacher, where they were responsible for planning and implementing educational projects, creating a reading club, and evaluating scientific projects. In 2015, they worked as a sales supervisor at MKD Equador. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Localiza in various roles, including customer service specialist and leader of the Migrants and Refugees Group in the Diversity and Inclusion Program. In these roles, they excelled in customer service, trained and developed the customer service team, and established partnerships with NGOs working with immigrants in Brazil. Currently, they are working at Involves in a sales enablement role.

Maria Daniela Marquez completed a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Gestão de Recursos Humanos at UniCesumar from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Licenciatura in Educação from Universidad de los Andes (VE) from 2007 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Maria Daniela Marquez has obtained several certifications, including Enablement Summint 2022 from Enablement Brasil in November 2022, Inteligencia emocional 2.0 from Escola Conquer in April 2022, Sales Enablement from Sales Enablement Brasil in March 2022, Fundamentos e metodologia da educação corporativa from École nationale d'administration publique - ENAP in October 2021, Designer instrucional from Idestudar in September 2021, and Liderança capacidade de aprender e resiliência from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in August 2021.
