Mariana Franco

Mariana Franco has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mariana is currently working as a Product Designer at Involves since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Junior Product Designer at the same company from April 2022 to March 2023. In this role, Mariana collaborated with product managers and developers to develop trade marketing solutions.

Before joining Involves, Mariana worked as a UX Designer starting from December 2021.

Mariana also has experience as a Designer at Allmix, a distributor of houseware products. Mariana worked there from July 2020 to January 2022, managing the design team and creating layouts for catalogs and folders.

Mariana's work experience also includes a volunteer role at Ladies that UX Florianópolis from July 2021 to August 2021.

Prior to that, they had an internship at Pronto 3D - Laboratório de Prototipagem e Novas Tecnologias Orientadas ao 3D from March 2019 to July 2020. Here, Mariana participated in various projects involving parametric digital modeling and digital fabrication processes. Mariana also worked on a PIBITI project on the immortalization of Bilro Lace through digital materialization.

In 2017, Mariana served as a Trainee at Uipi - UFSC's Junior Design Company, where they participated in trainee process projects and attended courses taught by UIPI members.

In 2016, they were a member of the Human Development Group at PET production engineering, where they worked on projects related to human development and organized events for undergraduate students.

In 2015, Mariana was a member of CALIPRO, the Academic Center of Production Engineering, where they contributed to projects in the group's communication and strategic management area.

Mariana Franco completed their Graduation in Product Design from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued Civil Production Engineering at the same university from 2014 to 2017. Mariana also acquired additional certifications in Research Ops from How Bootcamps in January 2023 and UX/UI design from Awari in September 2021.
