Thuany Schutz

Thuany Schutz has a strong background in human resources and people experience. Thuany is currently the Chief People Experience Officer at Involves, where they have been working since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of People Experience Manager at the same company from April 2016 to January 2021.

In 2013, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2015. Thuany also obtained certifications in DISC from ETALENT and Integrated Coaching from ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute.
