Inward Bound was founded in 2004 to design leadership programs and coach teams. Since 2016, we've built innovative programs to train people to have conversations on race. Our latest version of the program, "Racism in America: What Is Mine To Do?’’®  Video Program" was filmed live in a L.A. studio with twelve participants, and is free to watch on YouTube.
 
Our aim is to normalize talking about race-- because conversations on race change you, and they change those around you. In this program, we give you the tools to discern for yourself, "What Is Mine – Uniquely Mine -- To Do?" to directly address racism.
