Travis Lembcke has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Patterson Companies, Inc. since February 2013. Key accomplishments include leading a $12MM SAP migration project for the Canadian Dental business unit, coordinating a Legacy Decommission Program that saved over $2MM in OpEx, and overseeing significant ERP implementations impacting thousands of users across multiple locations. Prior to Patterson, Travis held project management roles at Verifications, Inc., mPay Gateway, Inc., and Potbelly Sandwich Works, where expertise in managing cross-functional teams and client implementations was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in MIS from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
