Roberto Montano

Roberto Montano has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Roberto started their career as a Research and Development Engineer at Italtel in 1989. Roberto then worked as a Senior RF Engineer at Omnitel S.p.a. from 1994 to 1996. After that, they served as an RF Manager at Entel Bolivia from 1996 to 1997, and then at Entel from 1997 to 1998. Roberto then became an RF Director at Amena from 1998 to 2000, and at BLU S.p.a. from 2000 to 2002. From 2003 to 2011, they worked at Telecom Italia, first as Head of Mobile Network Infrastructure Procurement, then as Head of Access & Transport Network Procurement, and finally as Head of Mobile Network Procurement. Roberto joined TIM Brasil in 2012 as Head of IT and Network Procurement. Roberto subsequently joined TIM in 2015 and held various positions such as Head of International IT and Network Procurement, Head of International Procurement, Head of Energy Efficiency Department, and finally Head of Infrastructure procurement. In 2018, Roberto Montano became the Head of Procurement & General Services at Inwit S.p.A.

Roberto Montano completed their Maturità Scientifica at Liceo Scientifico Antonelli Novara from 1978 to 1983. Roberto later pursued a degree in Ingegneria at Politecnico di Torino with a focus on Ingegneria elettronica indirizzo Telecomunicazioni, which they completed from 1983 to 1989.
