Sonia Hernandez

Sonia Hernandez is the current Director at S.p.A. Prior to their current position, they served as the Head of HHRR Europe and Africa for Nokia Siemens Networks from September 2008 to April 2012. In this role, they were responsible for the Human Resources Competence Center, Recruitment, Talent Management, Leadership development, Compensation and Benefits for Europe and Africa. From December 2006 to December 2007, Hernandez served as the Head of Strategy and Business Excellence for the Global Account Telefonica at Nokia Networks. Prior to their time at Nokia Networks, Hernandez worked at Siemens from October 1997 to November 2006 as the Global Account Manager, Telefonica International where they were responsible for the definition and execution of global account strategy customer headquarter's relationship management. From October 1996 to July 1997, Hernandez worked in semiconductors and multimedia card development at Siemens.

Sonia Hernandez has a degree in engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
