Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Mint Analysis Ltd. since October 2021, Giles also holds the position of Senior Partner at InX, where leadership of the Operational & Financial Leadership Practice involves supporting private equity and venture capital-backed companies. Previous experience includes roles as Partner and Associate Partner in executive search at Investigo, where emphasis was placed on COO and CFO placements, as well as broader C-suite roles. Giles began a career at Hays, progressing through various managerial positions from 2008 to 2014. Educated at St Edward's Oxford, Giles possesses a robust background in executive placement and advisory services.
