Yi Ren

Ms. Yi Ren joined InxMed in November 2019 as Sr Director, Human Resources. She has nearly 20 years of experience in multiple industries of the HR field, and with solid experience in the systematic management of MNCs in China, organizational reform of local enterprises, and 0-1 establishment of startup companies, especially with rich experience in the healthcare field. Prior to joining InxMed, she worked as the director of HR at KeDu Medical Group, a local company. Before that, she worked at NIO Automotive, BBraun Medical, Bertelsmann Group, Danfoss, and Alcatel Shanghai Bell. She has strong knowledge of HR systems of corporate building, organization revolution, talent system development, and company culture building to meet the different stages of the company. Ms. Yi Ren graduated from Tongji University with a bachelor’s degree majoring in electrical engineering.
