Jon Smith

Jon Smith is the Managing Director at Inzpire Limited, bringing extensive experience in mission systems and IT management. They began their career as a Synthetic Training Specialist with the Royal Air Force from 2010 to 2012, later serving as a Capability Sponsor for Future Combat Air Systems between 2013 and 2015. Smith has held various roles at Inzpire, including Director of Mission Systems & IT since 2022, and previously served as Head of Operations and Head of the Mission Systems Division. They earned a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds and an MA in Defence Studies from King's College London.
