Roger Smith

Roger Smith possesses extensive experience in military aviation and technical consultancy. At Inzpire Ltd from September 2014 to September 2017, Roger served as a Field Service Representative, acting as the primary liaison for advanced mission support and flight planning systems between Inzpire Ltd, the UK Ministry of Defence, and international clients. Prior to this role, from April 2012 to November 2014, Roger held the position of Technical Consultant for Air to Surface Weapons with the Royal Air Force, where responsibilities included the standardization and evaluation of Tornado GR4 aircrew, as well as the development and oversight of new operational tactics. Roger's military career began as a Tornado GR4 Navigator, and academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Defence Administration with a focus on Change Management from Cranfield University, completed in 2007.
