Bushi Wang

Bushi Wang has extensive experience in the field of biostatistics and data science. They are currently serving as the Vice President of Biostatistics and Data Science at IO Biotech since February 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, including Director of Clinical Data Science, Senior Associate Director, Associate Director, Principal Biostatistician, and Senior Biostatistician. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership in team management, project statistician responsibilities, and interaction with regulatory authorities. In addition, Bushi Wang is the President and Co-Founder of the Multiple Comparison Procedures Society since November 2012.

Bushi Wang obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Peking University, School of Mathematical Sciences from 2002 to 2006. Bushi then pursued further education at the University of California, Riverside, where they obtained both their Masters and PhD in Statistics from 2006 to 2011. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Bushi Wang attended Beijing No.4 High School from 1999 to 2002.
