Kathe Errity

Kathe Errity is an experienced professional with a robust background in executive assistance, project management, and global communications, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at IO Biotech since September 2023. Previously, Kathe held roles at LEO Pharma, including PA & PM to the CEO and Chairman, contributing to various strategic initiatives and communication projects from 2018 to 2023. During tenure at Novo Nordisk from 2008 to 2018, Kathe excelled as a Project Lead and Senior Assistant in areas such as commercial planning and corporate strategy. Earlier experience includes roles in training coordination and project management at companies like Atea Danmark, Takeda, and Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Kathe holds a BSc in Business, Language, and Culture from Copenhagen Business School.
