Lech Milroy is currently the Director of Manufacturing Science & Technology at IO Biotech, where they lead initiatives in drug substance and drug product development. Previously, Lech served as Group Leader in API Process Research & Development at Ardena, and as a CMC Consultant for various companies, including IO Biotech and Milroy CMC Consultancy. With experience as a Synthetic Organic Chemist at AstraZeneca and Pfizer, Lech has a strong foundation in chemistry supported by a PhD from the University of Cambridge and a Master's degree from The University of Edinburgh. In addition, Lech has contributed to academia as a lecturer at Eindhoven University of Technology, focusing on synthetic organic chemistry.
