Connor Curran has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Connor most recently worked at IO Interactive as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for various positions across the company's studios. Prior to that, Connor worked at Socialpoint as a Senior Recruiter, where they developed and executed recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the video games industry. Connor also worked at TravelPerk as a Business Recruiter and at iamproperty & iamsold as a Group HR & Recruitment Advisor, where they handled various HR and recruitment responsibilities. Additionally, Connor has experience in recruitment onboarding and offboarding, as well as in consultancy roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Resourcer at Balfour Beatty plc and Exclusive Ltd, respectively.
Connor Curran completed their education in a sequential manner. Connor first pursued CIPD Qualifications from 2009 to 2011 at Astley High School, where they obtained their GCSE. Afterward, from 2015 to 2016, they attended CIPD Qualifications again, this time earning a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Management. Lastly, in 2017 and 2018, they studied at CIPD Qualifications and successfully completed a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "People Test Logic" and "People Test Person" from People Test Systems A/S in November 2022, "Diversity Recruiting" from LinkedIn in August 2021, "Technical Recruiting" from LinkedIn in April 2020, and "Inclusive Recruiting Certification" from Textio in December 2021.
