Josh Gleaves has a diverse work experience in the field of animation. Josh started their career in 2012 as a Front of House Staff at Ambassador Theatre Group and worked there until 2013. In 2014, they gained some work experience at Nextwave Multimedia. Then, in 2015, they joined Rebellion as a Junior Animator and later became an Animator before leaving in 2018. After that, they joined Massive Entertainment - A Ubisoft Studio as a Gameplay Animator and worked there until 2021. In 2021, they joined IO Interactive as a Gameplay Animator and later became a Senior Gameplay Animator in 2022.
Josh Gleaves completed a BTEC National Diploma in E-Media at Amersham & Wycombe College from 2010 to 2012. Josh then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Animation at the University of Portsmouth from 2012 to 2015.
