Prior to their current role, Lucas worked as an Art & Animation Recruiter at Datascope Recruitment, where Lucas sourced top talent for video game companies across the UK and Europe. Before that, Lucas was an Events Team Member at Searcys after graduating from the University of Kent with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Film.
