With over 35 years of experience and consolidated partnerships with leading companies in various sectors, we promote concrete results, such as increased income for young people after training, continued education, and entry into the formal job market. We connect young people in situations of socioeconomic vulnerability to the world of work, engaging employees as volunteer educators and strengthening organisational culture, sense of purpose, and employer brand reputation.

Our initiatives are accessible, adaptable to companies of different sizes and segments, and have a flexible curriculum structure that can be customised according to the challenges and opportunities of each business context.

We operate on four fronts:

Formare - Professional qualification program for young people, with classes held at partner companies and employees acting as volunteer educators

Instituto Arte na Escola (Art in School Institute): A non-profit civil association maintained by the Iochpe Foundation, which has been qualifying, encouraging and valuing contemporary Brazilian art in educational contexts since 1989, with the aim of bringing diverse audiences closer to our country's cultural heritage.

Formare Mentoring: A personal and professional development programme for young people, combining a gamified platform with self-instructional activities and reflections on self-knowledge, life planning and career planning. It can be complemented by meetings with mentors, either in person or online.

Professional Inspiration: An initiative of the Foundation, with support from JPMorganChase and in partnership with the Centro Paula Souza, with the aim of improving the AMS (Articulation of Secondary and Higher Professional Education) teaching model, which brings companies and public schools together to encourage young people to prepare for their careers.
