Paul Crossland

Head of Consultancy & Client Delivery at iOCO International

Paul Crossland has over 18 years of experience in the field of consultancy and testing. Paul started their career at Imago QA Ltd in 1999 as a Programme Test Manager. Paul then moved on to Northern Rock, where they worked as a QA Service Delivery Manager from 2003 to 2007.

In 2007, Paul joined Ventura as the Head of Quality Assurance/Testing, where they built an in-house test capability. Paul created a testing Quality Management System (QMS), established client satisfaction and trust, and offered testing as a service.

From 2008 to 2012, Paul worked at EOH (Europe) as the Head of Test Services. Paul helped EOH establish a UK onshore test facility, secure new test revenues, and deliver international test programmes for clients like Symantec.

In 2013, Paul had various roles as a BJSS Consultant at Plusnet, The Nostrum Group, and 118118. Paul conducted a Test Maturity/Company QA Assessment at Plusnet and developed a bespoke test framework for their new SDLC approach. At The Nostrum Group, they served as the QA Lead for Tesco Mobile's new financial product launch. And at 118118, they were responsible for the Quality Assurance of their first financial product.

From 2014 to 2017, Paul worked at QualiTest Group as the Head of Consultancy. Paul was responsible for delivering client engagements, enhancing client relationships, improving consultant quality and standards, and ensuring clients' specific requirements were met.

Currently, Paul is the Head of Consultancy & Client Delivery at iOCO International, a position they have held since November 2017.

Paul Crossland attended West Leeds Boys High School from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained 4 x A-Levels in Economics.
