Working with a range of international bodies, IOD PARC has led over of seven-hundred consultancy assignments in more than one-hundred countries world-wide. Specialising in conducting large-scale, highly-complex, and politically-sensitive studies, our experience includes:

Notably IOD PARC is undertaking the 2015/16 and 2017/18 rounds of MOPAN assessments for the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development. Furthermore our successful delivery of the DFID’s Specialist Evaluation and Quality Assurance Service helpdesk ensured the successful award of the successor contract, in which we offer expert technical advice and quality assurance for designing, implementing, and learning from evaluation processes. In addition IOD PARC is working with UNICEF India as the National Technical Resource Team for Institutions (NTRT-Institutions), in the context of the Government of India’s Swachh Bharat Programme. In this capacity, IOD PARC is providing flexible, high quality, well targeted technical inputs to strengthen UNICEF’s institutional development and system strengthening response at district and state level, and assisting to inform UNICEFs ongoing technical support.
