We want to help build a world in which young people are involved, empowered and satisfied, holders of competencies useful for our common progress. A world in which youth and young languages, skills and expressions are enhanced through training and inter-generational dialogue. 
 
Promoting the expression. 
Expressiveness is nourishment. Culture is the means by which to convey the social and personal growth of individuals, the mirror in which a society critically looks itself. There is no economic crisis that is not generated by a crisis of culture: culture is the solution.
 
Favoring the production of youth culture. 
Conveys the energies of the young people of our territory and elaborating them further, leading to the staging of live acts, concerts, exhibitions, festivals and production of media and the creation of new products and services.
 
Training and promoting vocational reality for young people.
 Interpreting the business needs of young people creating personalized training programs, and spread the perspective of lifelong learning and cross-knowledge importance.Support projects of young creatives creating technical skills through the training of cultural workers can handle them, and promote the development of new skills related to the cultural, organizational, social and communication fields.

Feeding comparison and peaceful dialogue. 
Facilitate the matching of different lived and cultural youth experiences, breaking down the barriers that hinder the freedom of communication and expression. Promoting dialogue, the first prerequisite for the social and cultural evolution.
