Tim Harper

Tim Harper has a diverse work experience in the technology and software industry. Tim has been with Iodine Software since 2014, starting as an Implementation Manager & Acting Product Manager. Tim then progressed through various roles including Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Principal Product Manager, Director of Product Management, and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Product.

Prior to their time at Iodine Software, Tim worked at Accruent from 2010 to 2014. Tim began as a Support Engineer, troubleshooting on-premise enterprise real estate management software. Tim then moved up to the role of Support Team Lead, where they successfully led two acquisitions of Customer Support teams and managed two teams with 7 direct reports. Tim also worked as a Senior Business Analyst, attending industry conferences, working with customers, and writing product requirements documents.

Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Tim Harper attended Louisiana State University from 2005 to 2007, where they studied physics and mathematics. Subsequently, they enrolled at McNeese State University from 2007 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
