Herve Kabanda

Herve Kabanda is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in engineering and project execution across various sectors, including renewable energy and construction. Kabanda began as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Flex, progressing to PMO Project Manager where responsibilities included leading site surveys and developing process documents. Subsequent roles at Consolidated Power Projects and Meriki Consulting focused on project engineering, tender submissions, and managing commissioning phases of high-voltage projects. Kabanda further developed expertise in design management at BlueHills Group and recently assumed a leadership role as Partner at Scale Inc., focusing on Sustainable Development Goals. Kabanda holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Leadership and Organization Management.
