John Dechman

John Dechman has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. John started their career as an Environmental Engineer at Ivaco Rolling Mills in 2000 and worked there until 2004. John then joined Iogen Corporation in 2004, where they held multiple positions. John began as an EH&S Engineer and later transitioned to a Project Engineer/Project Engineering Manager role from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to March 2021, John served as a Senior Manager in Commercial Development at Iogen Corporation. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Project Development at the same company, starting from March 2021.

John Dechman received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Environmental studies from Carleton University in the years 1994 to 2000. John also obtained a Master Certificate in Project Management from Sprott School of Business at Carleton University in 2007.
