Lee Ballantyne is a recognized HSEQ professional with a dynamic and charismatic approach to contractor management, currently serving as the Contractor Safety Lead at bp since 2020. In addition, Lee holds the position of Vice Chair for the IOGP 423 Expert Group, contributing expertise to industry safety standards since 2024. Lee is also pursuing education at the University of Stirling.
