Vashon Island’s sanctuary for high-impact teams and intentional gatherings.

Iola Gardens is a private, six-acre architectural garden and retreat space designed to move people from "burnout" to "breakthrough." Located just a short ferry ride from Seattle, we offer a living, layered environment that trades fluorescent-lit boardrooms for the clarity of nature and thoughtful design.

The Iola Ecosystem:

The Coop: Our newest architectural gem. A versatile, light-filled "micro-venue" designed for intimate workshops, creative brainstorms, and cinematic brand shoots.

The Barn: A modern-industrial workspace featuring high-speed fiber internet—the ideal "war room" for deep work and executive strategy sessions.

The Chef’s Kitchen: A fully-equipped, industrial-ready prep space designed for seamless catering, farm-to-table dinners, and culinary activations.

The Sauna & Solstice Circle: A custom masonry sauna for recovery and an intentional outdoor fire circle for group connection and evening reflection.

From executive leadership offsites and brand activations to chef-led dinners and intimate weddings, Iola Gardens is a space that honors presence, craft, and deep connection.

Now booking mid-week retreats and weekend ceremonies for the 2026 and 2027 season. Let’s grow something remarkable together.
