Marko Skunca

Marko Skunca has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Marko started their career in 2008 as an Assistant of Professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, where they conducted scientific research, delivered lectures, and worked on research projects.

In 2011, Marko worked as an Administrative Assistant at Financial Agency - FINA, where they provided administrative support. Marko then moved on to Orlean Invest Africa in 2013, where they held the role of Internal Auditor, conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Later, they became a Finance Manager at the same company, overseeing treasury management, financial reporting, compliance, and project finance.

In 2016, Marko joined Crossvallia as a Global Logistics Manager, responsible for managing logistics operations on a global scale. Marko worked there until 2020 when they transitioned to iOLAP as a Principal Project Manager. In this role, they successfully managed projects until 2022, when they were promoted to Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, they focused on refining processes, aligning department goals with organizational objectives, and maintaining the company's direction and values for employees and customers.

Marko Skunca holds a Master of Economics degree from the University of Rijeka. Their specific field of study during their Master's program is not specified. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
