R Michael Brown

R Michael Brown has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. R Michael joined iOLAP, Inc. in 2018 as the Application Development Service Area Lead - Principal Consultant. Prior to that, they worked at Franklin American Mortgage Company from 2012 to 2018, initially as a Java Software Developer and later as a Software Engineer Team Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and executing product solutions, introducing new technologies, and serving as a subject matter expert for various critical systems. Before their time at Franklin American Mortgage Company, they worked at Kentucky Downs as a Network Administrator & Machine Technician from 2008 to 2012. R Michael also gained valuable experience as a Computer Science Student at Western Kentucky University from 2009 to 2011. Throughout their career, R Michael Brown has demonstrated expertise in application development, software engineering, systems management, and networking.

R Michael Brown pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2004-2005, they attended Western Kentucky University, where they focused on architecture but did not earn a degree. Following this, in 2005-2006, they studied architecture at Arizona State University without obtaining a degree. Then, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Western Kentucky University again, this time majoring in Computer Science and earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Additionally, in December 2018, they obtained a certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
