We’re a family-led investment firm dedicated to helping established UK businesses achieve sustainable, profitable growth and lasting success. While we specialise in businesses within the built environment, including property services, construction, and interiors, our expertise extends across various sectors.

Our approach centres around three core principles:
Understand Deeply – We take the time to genuinely understand the strengths, challenges, and unique culture of each business we partner with.

Strengthen Foundations – We reinforce financial control, operational discipline and clear accountability, creating robust foundations to support growth.

Build from Within – We invest heavily in teams, developing leadership talent and fostering motivation and ownership at every level, ensuring companies sustain success independently.

Our investment model aligns our success directly with the teams we back, reinforcing accountability through profit-sharing and structured performance management.

Follow us for insights into profitable business growth, leadership excellence, and disciplined investment in the UK’s built environment and beyond.
