Cara Crosby

Cara Crosby has a wealth of experience in the public relations and communications field. Cara began their career in 2005 as an Account Executive at CRT/tanaka. In 2007, they joined Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide as an Account Supervisor, where they provided daily account management, community outreach and engagement, materials development, and event planning. In 2014, Cara moved to Edelman as a Senior Account Supervisor for the company's Federal Government Services practice in the Washington, DC office. Here, they provided account management services and strategic counsel for multiple Federal government clients. In 2015, Cara joined Strayer University as Manager, Communications & Public Relations, where they planned and executed public relations, media relations, communications, and content building activities in support of Strayer University's marketing campaigns. Finally, in 2017, Cara became the Executive Assistant to the Partner & CEO at IOMAXIS, where they maintained the executive's appointments and calendars, planned and assisted with company-wide meetings, coordinated public relations and communications outreach, and acted as the point of contact between executives and employees and partners.

Cara Crosby received a BS in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Human Resources from James Madison University.
