Ion Acoustics Ltd is an independent acoustic consultancy. Its directors, David O'Neill and Gavin Irvine, are both members of the Institute of Acoustics and between them have over 50 years experience in the industry. Ion Acoustics is a member of the Association of Noise Consultants (ANC).

We can provide a full professional acoustic design service for projects large or small: education, arts, wind farms, solar, BESS schemes, broadcast, residential and mixed use developments, as well as more personal schemes where we can offer a tailor-made acoustic consultancy solution.

We have a team of qualified acousticians with a variety of skills and expertise.  Ion Acoustics has a wide range of measurement equipment and acoustic modelling software.  We work extensively across the UK, Ireland and further afield.
