Bruce Case is an experienced technology and service management professional, currently serving as the Regional Support Manager for Service Desk - Americas at ION Trading since March 2021. Prior to this role, Bruce held the position of Senior Service Manager at Ion Markets (formerly Fidessa) from January 2013 to March 2021, and served as an Enterprise Project Manager and Customer Relationship Manager at Fidessa from February 2004 to March 2021. Bruce also taught as an Adjunct Professor at LaGuardia Community College, focusing on IP Technologies, Electrical Engineering, and UNIX from February 2003 to February 2004. Earlier in Bruce's career, a significant tenure at Lucent Technologies from June 1988 to December 2001 included various roles, culminating in an expatriate assignment in Technical Marketing and Sales Support for Data Communications products in the Asia/Pacific region.
