Ed Vinales

Ed Vinales has extensive experience in journalism, primarily focusing on public markets and mergers and acquisitions within the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Public Markets Editor for APAC at ION since 2020, Ed has also held various roles at Dealreporter since 2007, including M&A Editor and Senior Reporter. Earlier career highlights include positions at Incisive Media and GPW Ltd as a reporter and researcher, respectively. Ed Vinales began the journey in journalism with a degree in History from Northumbria University and has also worked briefly in gardening and local reporting.
