Gitika Sharma

Gitika Sharma is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience in managing the Talent Acquisition function for the Asia Pacific region at ION since August 2021. In this role, Gitika collaborates with Hiring Managers to develop strategies aimed at attracting high-quality talent with the right balance of technical, functional, and behavioral skills. Prior to joining ION, Gitika served as a Human Resources Executive at Ameyo, where responsibilities included Learning and Development and HR Operations. Gitika holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resource and Finance from Apeejay School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
