Grant Stead

Grant Stead has extensive experience in project management and agile coaching, currently serving as Release Manager at ION since August 2000, where responsibilities include delivering solutions to customers and scaling processes as the organization matures. Previously held positions at ION include Head of Project Management Office, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Development Project Manager, focusing on transparency, automation tools, and agile methodologies. Prior to ION, Grant worked as a Software Engineer at the South African Reserve Bank, implementing finance systems, and as a part-time MS Access Consultant at EUC Academy, providing training and consultation. Grant began a career in education as a Junior Lecturer at the University of Pretoria, holding a BSc in Computer Science from the same institution.
