Engineering deserves to be understood. Properly.

At Ion Tec, we recruit the people who build, machine, and maintain our region’s industrial landscape. We believe the best introductions are built on a deep understanding of the shop floor.

Our expertise goes beyond a CV. We understand the machinery, the processes, and the people. By visiting every facility, walking the shop floor, and meeting every candidate face-to-face, we ensure every introduction is built on technical capability and a genuine operational fit.

We measure our success by the quality of our introductions, not the quantity of CVs. We would rather introduce three exceptional engineers than ten CVs that miss the mark.

Through our weekly series, "Notes from the Workshop," we celebrate the innovators, companies, and breakthroughs that continue to shape engineering across Yorkshire and influence British manufacturing today. We are proud to champion the people and the businesses who continue to make this region a critical hub for industry.

Whether you are looking for your next engineer or your next opportunity, we believe in doing it properly.
