We were an electrician, a doctor, a corporate executive, and a banker. On paper, we had followed the “safe” path—careers, salaries, retirement accounts. But when downturns hit, our plans cracked. The question became: “Will I even be able to retire?”

That’s when we discovered multi-family real estate. What started as a side investment turned into steady cash flow, financial security, and ultimately, freedom. Two of us have already replaced our careers with real estate income. The others are well on their way.

Now, at Ionian Asset Management, we help others do the same—building stable wealth and retirement security through real estate investments.

We are a real estate investment firm specializing in a value-add strategy that involves the acquisition, renovation, and rental of multi-family properties located in North Carolina (The Triangle, Piedmont Triad, and Charlotte Metro areas, primarily). The aim is to increase investor value via an improved Net Operating Income (NOI) and to create a stable source of passive cash flow.

We provide in-house property, asset, and construction management to deliver enduring repairs that promote increased rent renewals, higher investor returns, and the longevity of the asset.

For our Investors, we strive to achieve a target Cash-On-Cash Return over 10 years of 9-10%

At Ionian, our motto is ACQUIRE, RENOVATE, RENT, REFINANCE, REPEAT!

Are you ready to take control of your financial future? Let’s talk!
