Ashwini Shukla

Ashwini Shukla has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1999, they began their career as a Software Developer at Morelinux, where they designed and developed an online music radio site and a Linux-based weblog analyzer. Later that year, they joined C-DAC as a Developer, where they were part of a team of three intern students that developed a web-based tool for administrating and scheduling the nodes of Supercomputer, PARAM 10000. In 2002, Ashwini joined Benchmark Systems as a Programmer, where they single-handedly took ownership of a complete overhaul of the legacy billing system and upgraded it to be compliant with HIPAA privacy legislation by 2004. In 2013, they joined Rackspace, the Open Cloud Company, as a Product Development Manager, where their team was the face of Rackspace for the "Glance" project in the open-source ecosystem for OpenStack. In 2015, they joined eshots, Inc. as a Director of Product Management and later as a Sr. Technical Program and Product Manager. In 2021, Ashwini became the Director of Product Management at CUDDLY, where they managed product roadmap and KPIs across multiple business verticals and launched a new SAAS tool for shelter and rescue partners that received an NPS rating of 85 within the first 3 months of full launch. Most recently, they joined Ionic as a Product Manager in 2022.

Ashwini Shukla obtained a Masters degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology between 1995 and 1999. In 2014, they obtained a Principles of Project Management certification from the University Learning Institute. Ashwini is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
