Carl Michael Poole has over 13 years of professional experience in software engineering and development. Carl Michael began their career in 2007 as an Associate in Software Development and Support at JPMorgan Chase, where they worked with cutting-edge semantic data technology to enhance data management, contributed SQL reports for user acceptance testing and monitoring of production services, and developed enterprise Java web applications. In 2014, they joined Dropsource as a founding employee and facilitated setup and maintenance of agile development methodologies for engineering, while also creating an Android framework to automate software development for mobile applications. In 2016, they became a Software Engineer at PlayMaker Health, where they built PlayMaker Edge for Android, a large-scale data application, and supported development for the PlayMaker Edge Web platform with software development and cybersecurity related tasks. In 2018, they joined udelv as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, where they created and supported three native Android apps and developed web application services (Node. js) to manage the end-to-end delivery process for last mile self-driving delivery vehicles in real time. Carl Michael currently works as a Software Engineer at Ionic.

Carl Michael Poole received an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Northwest Vista College in 2011-2013. Carl Michael then attended Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science from 2013-2014 in the Computer Science Program, but did not receive a degree. Carl Michael went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from University of Maryland Global Campus in 2015, and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science in 2016-2017.
