Azure Devops Support Engineer at Ionic

Likhith Aalla has worked in the software engineering industry since 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they held the role of Software Engineer at Blackbucks Engineer Pvt Ltd, where they configured APIs for SaaS offerings, monitored and implemented health checks on auto-scaling clusters, and used agile methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and lean startup model to deliver iteratively. From 2018 to 2019, they held the role of Web UX Developer at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they launched a new Student Registration portal, analyzed the partnership with the database team, and improved the site reliability using AWS Cloud components. From 2019 to 2020, they held the role of DevOps Engineer at Syntax, where they teamed up with product managers to re-architect and implement cross-platform automation, conceptualized and proto-typed an Automated Unit Testing Module, and set goal-focused milestones and forecasted timing for features and user stories buildout. Currently, Likhith Aalla is a DevOps Support Engineer at Ionic, where they are involved in bug prioritization and Client-centric discovery process to align on end goals, determine success criteria, and set expectations, as well as conceptualizing and crafting customer onboarding tutorials to achieve higher customer retention adoption and retention rate, and solution ideation and design exploration as part of the customer journey to increased customer signups.

Likhith Aalla obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad between 2014 and 2018. Likhith then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 2018 and 2020. In February 2020, they obtained an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certificate from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In April 2021, they obtained a Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals course certificate from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
