Victoria Hansel has worked in the customer experience field since 2016. Victoria began their career at Oracle in 2016, where they held the roles of Customer Success Manager - Front Office, Customer Success Manager - Team Lead, and Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they joined Ionic as Director of Customer Experience, Manager of Customer Success & Support, and Customer Success Manager. In all of their roles, Victoria has worked to foster enduring relationships and enable, simplify, and empower customers to achieve the best possible value from their investments.
Victoria Hansel graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
