Tim Koschella has a rich work experience in the technology, investment, and entrepreneurship sectors. Tim is currently the Founder and CEO of Kayzen, a mobile in-house bidder platform that enables mobile advertisers to run programmatic campaigns. Tim co-founded HitFox Group and later rebranded it as IONIQ Group, where they served as a Co-founder and Shareholder. Tim also played a role in the success of Honeypot.io as a Supporter and Seed Investor, which was later acquired by New Work SE. Tim Koschella was the Co-founder and CEO of AppLift, a prominent mobile ad tech company. Tim also co-founded Lecturio GmbH, a globally leading video eLearning platform targeted at higher education. Additionally, they have been involved as a supporter, shareholder, and investor in various companies including BIT Capital GmbH and INCRMNTAL.

Tim Koschella completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Business at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 2004 to 2006. Tim then pursued a Master's Degree in Economics & Business at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2006 to 2008. In 2007, they also studied Finanzas y Estrategia (Finance and Strategy) at Universidad Del Pacifico - Ecuador for a year.
