Daniel Heinze

Daniel Heinze has over two decades of experience in network engineering and management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Network at IONOS since September 2007. In this role, Daniel has held various leadership positions, including Head of Network Engineering and Head of Data Center Europe, focusing on network infrastructure and data center operations. Prior to joining IONOS, Daniel worked at Schlund + Partner AG as a Network Engineer, where responsibilities included the engineering and operation of 1&1's data center and enterprise networks. Earlier in his career, Daniel gained experience as a Network Security Engineer at Network4you, handling firewall administration, VPNs, and conducting security audits. Daniel holds a Diplom-Informatiker (FH) degree in Informatik from the University of Applied Science Furtwangen, completed in 2003.
